Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to all USA states. Florida residents purchases are subject to FL state tax. Taxes on purchases shipped outside of the state of Florida is the purchaser responsibility.

Standard shipping order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on location/ Destination. Please allow from 2 to 7 business day on most standard shipping.

For a faster delivery 2^nd day air or next day delivery will be available at an additional cost.

For first time buyers, the order will be shipped to the same address as the billing address, subsequent orders for new customers can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address after 2 weeks of the initial order.

Free shipping is only available for USA Continental addresses.

Expedited orders using UPS cannot shipped to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Expedited services does not include weekends, orders placed at a late day of the week, will be delivered the following Monday.

An email with the shipping information and tracking number, will be sent after processing. Please include special handling requests at checkout if any.  

Delivery time frames are provided by the carriers, once the package is in possession of UPS or USPS, the delivery time and date is out of our control.
